Very promising early results for the PURACQUA Project
Our company, in collaboration with other important firms in the field of textile ennobling together with the Universities of Naples and Turin and with the
co-financing of the Lombardy Region, is working on development of the PURACQUA Project aimed at the removal of pollutants from waste waters through the use of inactivated fungal biomass.
The first results of the experimentation are very encouraging and would seem to confirm all the advantages of bioabsorption : high efficiency, good removal capacity, the possibility to treat great volumes of waste.
Improvements have been reached in the decoloration of the waters and in the decrease of salts, COD and toxicity.
