Services and products
There are two main product lines: reel dyeing and mercerized skein dyeing with an overall capacity of over 10,000 kg/day.
Reel dyeing
The dyebaths vary from15 kg to 650 kg for a potential of over 7,000 kg/day and with the possibility of using dyeing reels of differing shapes, diameters and weights. The classes of colourings used in this process are: direct dyes, lightfast dyes, hydrosol dyes, reactives, indanthrene dyes and disperse dyes.
Skein dyeing and mercerization
The dyebaths vary from 15 kg to 800 kg depending on the basic weight of the skein and the type of processing needed for a potential capacity of approximately 4,000 kg/day. The classes of colourings used in these processings are: reactive, hydrosol and indanthrene dyes.
Laboratory
From the instrumental gauging of the desired shade to the creation of the requested colour with the help of the best technology in order to give our customers the most efficient sampling service. A real miniature dyeworks, with completely automized processes, from the weighing of powders to the preparation of the dyebaths to the production of a dyed and finished sample. A system able to work uninterruptedly around the clock.
Small productions
To supplement the sampling process, we are able to dye small lots weighing from 2 to 5 kg.
Fastness tests
Lo staff tecnico del laboratorio ha anche l'importante compito di eseguire le prove di solidità per la validazione degli standard qualitativi richiesti e per quelli a supporto o ad integrazione dei processi produttivi nonché la verifica delle rese tintoriali dei coloranti, degli ausiliari e la titolazione dei prodotti chimici.

Quality yarn finishing often requires extra processing before and after the dyeing processes. Thanks to the often exclusive contribution of our subcontractors, we are able to offer our customers the following treatments:

Direct delivery to customer
Deliveries are made using our own vehicles, in collaboration with leading national transport companies or a selection of efficient courier services for the outlying areas.
